Jacaranda

Jacaranda is a long-term rental accommodation situated in a quiet and peaceful little bushveld town. We offer luxurious and comfortable spaces for both short-term and long-term stays. Our beautiful apartment has two en-suite bedrooms (King and Double Room), large open-plan lounge, dining/kitchen with an entrance room and the bedrooms overlooking the pool and your private garden.

We strive to provide our tenants with the best possible experience and will go out of our way to make your rental as pleasant and safe as possible.

A full deposit is required before moving in.

Payment is by bank transfer on or before the 1st of every month. (Sorry no cheques can be accepted).

Smoking: Please note that the SunStay Garden is completely non smoking throughout at all times. Any damage to rooms caused by smoking will unfortunately have to be charged and deducted from your deposit.

The use of our swimming facilities are strictly at own risk and children needs adult supervising at all times.

Damage and Breakages: We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage to our property and its contents.

Replacement of lost keys and remotes will be charged at R580.00
