Protea is the perfect spot for long-term accommodation and that perfect place to call a home with all the comforts. Our two en-suite bedrooms, large fitted open-plan kitchen, separate washing/linen room, additional bathroom, lounge and a very large private garden with barbecue facilities are all designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With Protea, you can rest assured that you’ll have all the amenities you need for a long term rental.
A full deposit is required before moving in.
Payment is by bank transfer on or before the 1st of every month. (Sorry no cheques can be accepted).
Smoking: Please note that the SunStay Garden is completely non smoking throughout at all times. Any damage to rooms caused by smoking will unfortunately have to be charged and deducted from your deposit.
The use of our swimming facilities are strictly at own risk and children needs adult supervising at all times.
Damage and Breakages: We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage to our property and its contents.
Replacement of lost keys and remotes will be charged at R580.00
